Favia Summer Trio
First in the trio is our 2018 CARBONE Chardonnay, envisioning a style that takes us back in time, and leaning us toward our bright future. For over three decades, these vines have been producing energetic, fresh, vibrant fruit, beside our historic winery. The resulting wine is equally compelling. Barrel fermented, aged sur-lie, but without malo-lactic fermentation, it proudly showcases the potential of white wine in this quiet corner of the Valley.
Second is the 2017 LÍNEA Sauvignon Blanc from Coombsville. Organically dry-farmed and meticulously managed, this vineyard yields a small crop of intense juice that results in a wine of true varietal purity — the salt of the earth.
Third in the line-up is our 2016 offering of SUIZE Viognier. A golden-hued, viscous, highly aromatic, mouth-watering winewith wide appeal. Whole cluster pressed, native yeast fermented, unfined, unfiltered, it is a true expression of a superb vineyard.
