The wine most reflective of our sense of place, from one of the most majestic sites to grow Cabernet Franc, our favorite variety. Planted nearly 40 years ago high in the eastern Vaca Mountains, this wine, more than any other, reminds us of home.
A statuesque blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is as rich and complex as the soils from which it grows. Hailing from high on the plateau that is Oakville Ranch, it is deep, layered, and eminently ageable.
A regal expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from this very special appellation. Volcanic soils, cooler temperatures, and thoughtful viticulture result in precise textural and aromatic intensity. A true archetype of Coombsville.
Our interpretation of Napa Valley power — profound, dense and aromatic, but always in balance. A wine that promises to be long-lived and reflective of all that makes Napa iconic.
A golden-hued, viscous, highly aromatic, mouth-watering winewith wide appeal. Whole cluster pressed, native yeast fermented, unfined, unfiltered, it is a true expression of a superb vineyard.

With a nod to the past, and with an eye toward continuing our story CARBONE celebrates the history and promise of the property we have meticulously restored. The moniker comes from its first homesteading family – brothers, Antonio, Lorenzo, and Nicola Carbone, who first broke ground in what is now known as Coombsville in 1872; nearly 150 years later, we now proudly call it home. We honor our winery’s heritage by crafting two exuberant expressions of Napa Valley that can be enjoyed immediately upon release.
Carbone is not sold through the winery. Please inquire for assistance locating it at a shop or restaurant near you.
